Jersey shore power? NJ to stop allowing rest-time idling in May »

Most truckers stopping in New Jersey won’t be allowed to idle their trucks beginning in May. According to the state’s Administrative Code, Title 7, Chapter 27, Subchapter, 14, the state’s exemption beyond its three-minute idling limit during sleeper berth and rest time expires on April 30, 2010.
