UPS to pay penalty for alleged EPA violations in Lenexa »

The United Parcel Service will pay almost $54,000 to the Environmental Protection Agency in an agreement related to alleged violations in Lenexa, federal officials announced Tuesday.Several environmental violations were noted in a 2007 inspection of the UPS facility at 14650 W.
