This should not be limited to just commercial drivers and it’s ridiculous to do so.

ALL drivers should be included.

People should absolutely not be texting while driving, that goes for ALL vehicles!!

Also, unless you are wearing a headpiece, talking on a cell phone is just plain inappropriate and dangerous.

It is also another in an ongoing series of “Government Mandates It and You Pay For It.” I’m not paying the fee. And my Boss is not paying the fee. So I guess we will have to do without all that wonderful port freight.
