Corker puts hold on bill thought to hurt FedEx

WASHINGTON — Sen. Bob Corker has put a legislative hold on a bill to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration because he wants a provision stripped out that could make it easier to unionize workers at Memphis-based FedEx Corp.
