Hours of service waived

With the deep South in the deep freeze, other states are joining Florida in waiving the hours-of-service rules for truckers. Virginia, North Carolina, Missouri and Mississippi are also waiving the rules – not to get crops in, but to make sure fuel and road treatment chemicals can be delivered.
