OOIDA: I-80 tolls in PA not the answer

The OOIDA leadership says tolling an existing interstate such as I-80 in Pennsylvania would be “nothing more than another regressive tax” that undermines sound transportation policy. OOIDA issued a Call to Action on Tuesday, March 30, calling on 7,300 members based in Pennsylvania to urge the Obama administration to reject the state’s application.
