Truck accident closes Interstate 84 westbound lane for ten hours

The left lane of I-84 westbound at mile post 19.3 near Exit 4 was closed for more than 10 hours Thursday after a 2007 International tandem tractor-trailer loaded with paper products veered off the highway and flipped, spilling part of its load.
