Virginia Senate passes bill prohibiting sale of port property

A bill halfway through the Virginia General Assembly would put limits in place on handing over authority of any port property in the state. OOIDA is encouraged to see Virginia lawmakers being cautious about long-term sales or leases of government-funded assets.
