OOIDA has issued a Call to Action informing members about an important vote coming up Monday regarding the Illiana Expressway. The proposed 23-mile roadway is being proposed as a toll road connecting Interstate 55 in Illinois with I-65 in Indiana. State lawmakers in Indiana have proposed leasing the roadway to private investors in a deal that rings similar to the Indiana Toll Road lease of 2006.
